Nilda's desserts has been in business since 1989, when she started supplying cookies to two local delis and a gas station; Southgate Deli on Rt. 9, Kathy's Deli and Mobil on-the-run corner of Spackenkill Rd and Rt 376.

     When Nilda's desserts first started, it was run by Nilda herself and her family. They would mix batches of 20 and bake 12 cookies at a time. The items then, as well as now, are made by hand. All recipes are original made with no preservatives other than the chocolate candy cookies and brownies which are made with real M & M's.

      Today, Nilda supplies over 1,000 locations and have increased their products to include homemade cookies, brownies, blondes, nut bars and biscotti.
